The Growth Hub was founded in May 2026 by Tony and Julie, with a shared vision to create something different… a space where people feel safe, understood, and supported to grow.
Between us, we bring a wealth of experience working within children’s services, therapeutic care, and community settings, alongside extensive experience in delivering training and development to professionals. Over the years, we have supported individuals, families, and teams working with those who have experienced trauma, adversity, and complex life challenges. Through this, we’ve seen first-hand the difference that the right kind of support can make.
Julie is a qualified Relational Integrative Psychotherapist, as well as a trained PACE and DDP practitioner. She has significant experience supporting both individuals and professional teams to better understand attachment, trauma, and relational approaches, helping to create environments where people feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported.
Tony brings strong experience in leadership, service development, and creating safe, nurturing environments, alongside his work delivering training within children’s services. He is also currently a trainee therapist, further developing his practice to support individuals directly through therapeutic work.
The Growth Hub was born from a simple but powerful belief:
that everyone deserves a space where they can feel safe enough to grow.
Across our experience, we recognised that too often support can feel clinical, rushed, or disconnected from real life. We wanted to create something more personal. Something that feels welcoming, relational, and grounded in genuine understanding.
A place where:
At The Growth Hub, everything we do is rooted in:
We believe that growth doesn’t happen in isolation. It happens in safe, supportive spaces, with the right people around you.
The Growth Hub is more than a service, it’s something we are building with intention.
Alongside therapy, we are developing:
Our aim is to create a space that supports not just individuals, but families, professionals, and communities as a whole.
