Individual therapy is a confidential, supportive conversation between you and a trained therapist. It’s not about being judged or told what to do, it’s about being understood.

Held in one of our welcoming, private hub spaces, designed to feel safe, calm, and comfortable.
💻 Online sessions
Delivered securely via video, allowing you to access therapy from wherever you feel most at ease.
Sessions typically last 50 minutes and take place weekly, although this can be discussed based on your needs.
Individual therapy is for anyone who feels they might benefit from having the space to talk and be supported.
You don’t need a diagnosis or a specific “reason.”
If something doesn’t feel right, or you simply want to understand yourself better, that’s enough.
