At The Growth Hub, our support groups offer a space to connect, share, and feel understood alongside others who may be experiencing similar challenges.
Sometimes, just being in a room where people get it can make all the difference. Our groups are built around that idea, creating a safe, welcoming environment where you can be yourself, without pressure or expectation.
All of our support groups are held at our Woodlands site, a calm, natural setting designed to help you feel at ease from the moment you arrive.
There’s something powerful about stepping out of the usual environment and into a space that feels quieter, more grounded, and a little easier to breathe in 🌳
